Train 2000 provides customised business planning and other specialist programmes for individuals and voluntary sector organisations to enable them to grow, develop, manage change, access appropriate funding packages and achieve long term sustainability.
Train 2000 is a social economy organisation established in 1995 in response to an identified need for accessible, quality business support. We provide a range of enterprise services that facilitate the development of business initiatives on a local, regional, national and European level.
Our mission is to develop and deliver a range of high quality, innovative business support measures to a cross section of communities - particularly women, disabled people and individuals from Black and minority communities.
We aim to assist women to develop and manage their own businesses and to raise awareness of the barriers faced by women and other marginalized communities in accessing business enterprise support. Also to provide support services for community and voluntary sector organisations that aid their development activities and encourage community and social entrepreneurship.
